Mission statement

At PROSA – Projekt Schule für alle! people with different privilege and marginalization experiences work in a multi-professional team. Together, we see ourselves as (re-)learning in order to shape with PROSA a space that is as solidary and critical of discrimination as possible, in which real participation is possible. We specifically promote and support graduates to work in the team – be it as trainers, child care providers, peers or in other roles.

All employees have committed themselves to the guiding principle of the association.
