About us

PROSA – Projekt Schule für Alle! is a project of the association Vereins Vielmehr für alle! – Verein für Bildung, Wohnen und Teilhabe and was founded in 2012 as an initiative to promote the education of young people with refugee and migration biographies. In the PROSA association area, basic education and compulsory school completion courses are designed and implemented along the PROSA principle.

PROSA Principle

PROSA is based on three interlocking basic principles:

  • Teaching that picks up learners in their interests and needs, promotes self-efficacy, encourages critical participation and aims to provide young people and (young) adults with a formal qualification, entry into the world of work and social participation.
  • Social work, the PROSA learners and graduates: advises and accompanies directly at the course locations low-threshold and relationship-oriented – for concerns such as material basic security, housing, health, psychosocial burdens, tickets for public transport, child care, further education and work.
  • Neighbourhood and participation work that strengthens participation in society and counteracts the isolation experiences of young refugees – through events in the Café PROSA, learning spaces, the Buddy project as well as joint activities in theatre, film, sports, radio, culture and education.

Vielmehr für alle

Verein für Bildung, Wohnen und Teilhabe

Vielmehr für alle – Verein für Bildung, Wohnen und Teilhabe has developed a model with PRIMA – Project Integration with everything that creates infrastructure that makes integration possible.

Our projects connect:
Education — Labour market integration — social networks — housing — community work — migration education research

This interplay enables integration work that works in practice, is scientifically reflected and enables structural changes in institutions. Integration is not understood as a task for individual groups, but as a social infrastructure – rather for everyone.
